These Terms govern your use of Linalysis ("the service"), operated by Gershon Consulting ("we", "us"). By using Linalysis you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Linalysis is a LinkedIn analytics tool. It collects your own LinkedIn profile and company data — with your consent, via our Chrome extension — and presents trends, charts, and automated reports.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid LinkedIn account to use Linalysis. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Linalysis is an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement. We design Linalysis to minimize any risk to your LinkedIn account by reading data only with your active session, not automating actions.
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor. You can cancel any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law. Annual plans include a 20% discount vs. monthly.
Prices are in USD. Taxes (VAT, GST) are added where required based on your billing country.
Pro includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Starter is free forever with limitations described at our pricing page. We reserve the right to change plan contents with 30 days' notice for paid tiers.
Your LinkedIn data belongs to you. We store it securely, never sell it, and delete it within 30 days of cancellation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Business plan includes a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Starter and Pro are provided on a best-effort basis; we target 99.5% but don't contractually guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance on support@linalysis.net.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linalysis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where feasible. Violations involving attempts to harm the service, other users, or LinkedIn may be terminated immediately.
We'll announce material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware. Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law.
