Frequently asked questions
Can I try Pro or Business before paying?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Business has a 30-day pilot arranged with our sales team; email us and we'll set one up.
What happens when I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Your data stays with us for 30 days in case you come back. After 30 days, it's permanently deleted (GDPR-compliant). You can also export everything to CSV/JSON/XLSX before cancelling.
Do you store my LinkedIn password?
Never. Linalysis reads your LinkedIn session cookie (
li_at) which you paste into the troubleshooting page — we validate it once via the CookieVerify API and then only use it via the Chrome extension, which runs entirely in your browser. We never store your password. You can revoke access any time by logging out of LinkedIn.Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing period. If you're on yearly and switch mid-term, unused time is credited against the new plan.
Is Business only for agencies?
Not exclusively — it's for anyone who needs multi-seat access (in-house marketing teams, founders with EA support, sales teams tracking prospects) or needs >1 LinkedIn account. If you're a solo operator, Pro is almost always the right pick.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA for EU customers. Business plans can also pay by invoice (annual, min. 5 seats).
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes — go to Account → Billing history → Get invoice, or email billing@linalysis.net.
